Rates are dependent upon application. We will customize your bid to reflect the needs of your project to ensure quality and longevity.

Can I use salt on my overlay or coating?
Please never use salt on any kind of concrete or overlay. This will void your warranty and deteriorate your overlay at a quick rate.
What can I use in place of salt or ice melt?
We recommend a Urea based Ice melt, containing no sodium chloride or calcium chloride. Usually considered pet safe or lawn safe. We recommend always checking the label for the above salt additives.
What type of warranty do you provide ?
We provide a 5 year warranty on all workmanship and products.
We offer a 10 year warranty on all urethane products and waterproofing.
