Waterproofing

Concrete foundations and floors are prone to settling and in turn prone to cracks in our freeze thaw climate here on the Wasatch front. Add melting snow or spring rain and you have a recipe for leaking or weeping concrete.

We have the solution!

High Pressure Polyurethane Foam Crack Injection!

High Pressure Polyurethane Foam Crack Injection

This multi-step process will ensure your concrete cracks are completely sealed for years to come. We warranty our waterproofing for 10 years!

Drilling and Placing Zerks

Our first step is to identify the damaged area, holes are then hammer drilled at a 45 degree angle to place packers or zerks, which the polyurethane material will be injected into.

Injection

The next step is injection of the polyurethane into the zerks and into the crack. This will cause a reaction between the water in the crack and polyurethane, which causes expansion of the foam and will fill all of the voids that are causing the leak.

Once the reaction occurs, it will bubble to the surface of the crack and cure. Once dried it can be scraped down to the surface of the concrete, and you will have a completely sealed and waterproofed crack.
